Visueel ontwerp
Voor sommige gebruikers zijn de visuals het product. De kracht van het aanpassen van de layout of achtergrondkleur kan soms een vergaand effect hebben op usability. Wij bieden een scala aan (digitale) grafisch ontwerpdiensten aan. Onze nadruk ligt vaak meer op gebruiksvriendelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid van het design. Soms werken we met strategische partners samen om grafische ontwerpdiensten aan te bieden.
Informatieontwerp
Het informatieontwerp bepaalt het semantische skelet van het product. Welke informatiestructuur wordt gehanteerd, hoe moet die in het product worden toegepast en op welke manier is het systeem dat het product onderhoudt daarop aangesloten?
Informatieontwerp is in die zin lastig dat het vaak draait om taal. Ook hier geldt dat het concept, in dit geval van het informatieontwerp, allesbepalend is, maar met de verkeerde labelling valt alsnog de structuur in duigen.
Interactieontwerp
Het interactieontwerp is de 'functionele' invulling van een digitaal product. Het zorgt ervoor dat de gebruiker/bezoeker de informatie die hij zoekt kan vinden, en dat hij de taken die hij wil uitvoeren, heel gemakkelijk doorloopt.
Als het gaat om het interactieontwerp gaat het altijd om het groter geheel, het concept, en om alle kleine dingen die je op de verschillende schermen tegenkomt. Daar zit niet alleen 'the devil in the details', maar ook in het begin. Als het concept niet goed staat valt er later in het traject iets om.
Cardsorting
Card sorting helpt om het correcte navigatiemodel en informatiestructuur objectief vast te stellen. Card sorting helpt ook bij het benoemen van labels in het algemeen.
Visual design
To some users the visuals is the system. The power of adjusting the layout or background colors can sometimes have a profound effect on the usability. Information design
The information design determines the semantic skeleton of the product. Which information structure is used, how should it be applied to the product and in which way is the system connected that manages your product?
Information design can be tricky because issues usually involve language. As with interaction design, the concept determines everything, in this case the information design concept. However, with faulty labeling the structure will strike still out.

Interaction design
The interaction design is the functional definition of a digital product. It assures that the user or visitor can find the information that they are searching for, and that they can perform the tasks that they need to go through easily.
The interaction design is always about the bigger picture, the concept and about all those small things that you encounter on all those different screens. The devil is not just in the details, but definitely in the start of the design as well. If the concept is flawed then something will collapse later in the project.
